Booking and Confirmation
All tour bookings must be confirmed through our official website, email, or authorized representatives. A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving the required deposit or full payment as per the tour package policy. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email with your itinerary and travel details.
Payment Policy
Payments can be made through bank transfer, credit card, debit card, or other accepted payment methods. Depending on the tour package, a partial advance payment may be required at the time of booking, while the remaining balance must be paid before the start of the tour.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of cancellation. The refund amount will be calculated according to the cancellation policy mentioned at the time of booking. Some services such as train tickets, monument tickets, or special permits may be non-refundable.

Personal Responsibilities
Travelers are expected to follow local laws, respect cultural norms, and cooperate with tour guides and drivers during the journey. Any damage caused to hotels, vehicles, or properties will be the responsibility of the traveler.
