Booking and Confirmation

All tour bookings must be confirmed through our official website, email, or authorized representatives. A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving the required deposit or full payment as per the tour package policy. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email with your itinerary and travel details.

Payment Policy

Payments can be made through bank transfer, credit card, debit card, or other accepted payment methods. Depending on the tour package, a partial advance payment may be required at the time of booking, while the remaining balance must be paid before the start of the tour.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of cancellation. The refund amount will be calculated according to the cancellation policy mentioned at the time of booking. Some services such as train tickets, monument tickets, or special permits may be non-refundable.

Changes to Itinerary

India Taj Holiday reserves the right to modify the travel itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, local regulations, traffic situations, or operational issues. In such cases, we will try to provide suitable alternatives without affecting the overall travel experience.

Travel Documents

Travelers are responsible for carrying valid travel documents such as passports, visas, and identification as required by local authorities. India Taj Holiday will not be responsible for issues arising from missing or invalid travel documents.

Liability

While we take every effort to ensure a smooth travel experience, India Taj Holiday will not be liable for any loss, injury, accident, delay, or damage caused by factors beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or third-party service providers.

Personal Responsibilities

Travelers are expected to follow local laws, respect cultural norms, and cooperate with tour guides and drivers during the journey. Any damage caused to hotels, vehicles, or properties will be the responsibility of the traveler.
